All doors seal perfectly and lock installations are super strong and operate as smooth as glass. He arrived on time with all the tools and hardware required. They replaced an exterior double door unit that had rotted with a new fiberglass unit with composite frame. This door was installed Feb 24, 2025, and looks great. They were very meticulous and made sure we were satisfied before they left. I highly recommend Pro Door Repair, and they'd be my first call, if I needed another door replaced.

Pro Door Repair did a great job for me. I have an older house with four sliding glass doors that I suspect haven’t been serviced in 20 years. The technician was a door pro and I saved a ton of money by servicing the doors instead of replacing.

Great experience. Jack installed a brand new front door on our home. The workmanship is excellent, and the door is airtight. Wish he had installed the other two exterior doors on the house. He also installed anti-kick plates on the new door and the other two exterior doors. I highly recommend Jack and the Pro Door Repair company if you are needing a new exterior door for your home.

My son's home was broken into on Christmas night... they kicked in his back door. He lives in Dallas and I live in Virginia. Since my son had enough on his plate, I called Pro Door Repair on Dec 26th and they had one of their field technicians come by within a few hours and secure the door. They were the ONLY folks who were able to come out, and Mark White (the field tech) was very courteous and showed considerable concern for my son's situation. I was able to do this from another state which speaks volumes for how helpful and considerate these folks were of our situation. They will be returning on Dec28th with some additional parts to do the final repair. All I can say is that they are a class act and I highly recommend them.
